Job Description
The Senior Livelihoods Technical Assistant will provide technical guidance to IOM staff in implementing livelihoods activities in Pakistan, conduct livelihoods assessments, and support the identification and selection of individuals for livelihoods assistance. The role involves travel to project sites and ensuring quality control of data and service delivery.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Economics, or related fields
- 5 years of experience in humanitarian or development contexts, preferably in livelihoods or a related field
- Proven experience in working on livelihoods assessments, business trainings, and counseling
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation of projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
