- Training and Capacity Needs Assessment (TCNA) of ICS and EPU
- Development of institutional training strategy and competency-based training curriculum
- Capacity development of ICS trainers and EPU faculty
- Assessment of inter-agency cooperation and curriculum enrichment and harmonization
- Digital learning systems assessment and recommendation
