The Principal Business Consultant will complete successful implementation projects, ensure customer satisfaction, and mentor team members. They will also support project managers, authors best practice documents, and identifies sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Openlink Endur product experience in implementations
- 5-10 years' experience in ETRM industry, systems implementation or similar project exposure
- Middle Office/Risk subject matter expertise and 5+ years specifically Endur Middle Office implementation experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related IT field
- 8 to 10 years direct experience in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting installations in client environments
- 8 to 10 years Industry/systems experience
- Strong client-facing skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
