Job Description
Ionis Pharmaceuticals is seeking a motivated and technical Technology Intern to support initiatives across AI, Automation, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The intern will help optimize the digital workplace through intelligent automation while contributing to a mission-critical Strategic AI Project.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and a strong interest in learning the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).
- Introductory experience with Python or SQL (ability to read, write, or edit basic scripts and queries).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity for how AI and Data Science solve real-world healthcare challenges.
- Good documentation skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business partners.
