Job Description
IonQ is looking for a Senior Manager, Electrical Engineering to lead and manage a team of electrical engineers designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components for their satellite. The role involves supporting project execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving innovation of electrical systems within the spacecraft. This is a leadership role within the Spacecraft Engineering team at Capella Space.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex board designs and systems in a hardware R&D lab environment, with 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in aerospace systems, or similar high reliability industry, and components is highly desirable.
