Job Description
IonQ is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support the deployment, integration, and operation of our networking and infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of progressive network engineering experience, a strong hands-on mindset, and experience working with network designs and implementing them in production environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of progressive network engineering experience
- Experience working with network designs and implementing them in production environments, combined with a strong hands-on mindset
- Deep experience with firewall and security platforms (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, etc.)
- Proven experience designing and supporting high-availability and disaster recovery solutions
- Strong experience with network monitoring, logging, and performance analysis tools
