Senior Staff Technical Program Manager - Quantum Processing Unit

IonQ, Inc. is looking for a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead the Quantum Processor Devices program execution and work closely with physicists, engineers, and external suppliers to deliver new product development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 13+ years' experience as a Technical Program or Programme Manager delivering complex hardware programs
• Comfortable operating in a highly technical environment and being a technically fluent TPM
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build trust quickly
• Hardware program experience and a sharp analytical mindset
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
• Working knowledge of semiconductor design and fabrication processes
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor packaging and testing flows
