As a Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be a pivotal leader in a cross-functional team, driving the mission to build the world’s best quantum products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in production and site management, with a proven track record of managing complex hardware and software integration projects from concept to delivery
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Lean and Six Sigma practices to capture data and drive quantitative improvements in operational efficiency and inform strategic decisions
