The Customer Service Centre Advisor is the first point of contact to our customers via multiple channels such as Email, Telephone and Digital, supporting them with their prime needs whilst collaborating with our internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a customer contact centre environment
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of time management and organisation skills with the ability to multi – task and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
- Administration experience
