Assistant Teaching Professor - Literacy

The School of Education at Iowa State University is seeking an Assistant Teaching Professor in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Literacy. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate methods courses in elementary literacy, other courses in the elementary education program, and participate in school service, including curriculum review/development and program-level meetings and committees.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Elementary Education or a closely related field.
• Completion of a teacher preparation program.
• Licensure/certification in elementary education.
• Three years of experience as an elementary school teacher.
