Job Description
The College of Veterinary Medicine at Iowa State University is seeking a clinical or tenure-track faculty member for a position in Food Animal Ambulatory Medicine. The successful candidate will commit most of their time to professional practice and outreach, while teaching veterinary students and participating in departmental programs.
Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree
- One year of clinical experience in a food animal veterinary practice
- State of Iowa Veterinary License
- Category II veterinary accreditation under the USDA National Veterinary Accreditation Program
- US DEA and State of Iowa Controlled Drug Licensing
- Ability to drive University vehicles
