Solution Architect - Post Sales

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in post-sales engagements or professional services for enterprise B2B hardware or software solutions
• Customer-first perspective with a consultative approach to solution delivery
• Background in network engineering or architecture with a strong understanding of networking technologies and protocols
• Experience in professional services functions, including project scoping, SOW creation, and solution implementation
• Familiarity with server virtualization technologies
• Basic understanding of programming languages and APIs
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
