We are looking for an enterprising and flexible person to join our team as the Head of Bar/Restaurant Department. The candidate will be responsible for managing the bar/restaurant department, customer service, and auxiliary activities, as well as leading a team of 15 people.
Requirements
- Previous experience in similar realities
- Knowledge of bar service: coffee-snack-hot and cold table and basic aperitifs
- Knowledge of HACCP rules
- Management of a team of 15 people
- Development of working hours-schedule and holidays
- Respect of standards in terms of assortment-offer and cleaning
- Management of orders and suppliers
- Control of raw materials and recipes
- Problem-solving skills
