Associate Creative Director

Weber Shandwick is seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead design efforts for our growing creative team across our automotive accounts. The role will require a world-class designer and visual storyteller with impeccable craft and the ability to define strategic and creative points of view on Brand Character, Brand Image, and Design Themes.

Requirements

• Elevate the level of craft and quality of design solutions
• Define strategic and creative points of view on Brand Character, Brand Image, and Design Themes
• Nurture and mentor designers within the team
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to create new brands and define style guidelines
• Fluently speak about design concepts with clients and internal teams
• Maintain and promote industry design trends and standards
• Cultivate a sense of ownership and elevate standards and quality of work
• Bring enthusiasm for solving design and marketing challenges
