
Job description
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Associate Creative Director manages and maintains the day-to-day of the creative department, overseeing the RFP process, working with department heads to develop company processes, and leading the creative department.
Lead, manage, and mentor the Creative Department, oversee projects, lead brainstorming sessions, develop RFP ideation and proposal decks, and work closely with department heads to develop company processes.
Prior experience as a Senior Experiential Designer, Design Director, and/or Art Director with a familiarity of luxury brands and multi-million dollar budgets is required. The ideal candidate is a visionary with strategic thinking, creative development, and design skills, and has a desire to lead, manage, and mentor direct reports.
