Requirements
- 7+ years of agency experience
- Expert in the discipline with a great design vocabulary and ability to present design thinking
- Proven ability to lead, think systematically, and elevate the work of others
- Excellent skills in typography, layout, color, and branding
- Experience mentoring junior designers and building a collaborative, high-performing creative culture
- Comfortable owning projects, managing multiple workstreams, and guiding teams under pressure
