Senior Vice President, Social & Influencer Strategy, Healthcare

Weber Shandwick is seeking a Senior Vice President, Social & Influencer Strategy to join our Healthcare team in the West. The ideal candidate will drive integration across marketing functions for a portfolio of high-profile healthcare clients, with a focus on delivering best-in-class social, digital, and influencer strategies within a highly regulated environment.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in digital, social media, and/or digital PR, with significant healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated expertise providing senior-level strategic counsel to clients, including navigating complex, highly regulated environments
• Deep understanding of social media ecosystems, influencer strategy, and the evolving digital landscape, with a strong point of view on where the industry is heading
• Proven ability to lead large, integrated teams and manage complex programs with multiple workstreams
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
• Experience collaborating across disciplines, including media, creative, analytics, and medical/legal/regulatory teams
• Strong business acumen, including experience managing scopes of work, budgets, and resource planning
• Ability to synthesize data and insights into actionable recommendations that drive strategy and performance
