Payroll & Benefits Specialist

The Ippolito Group of Companies is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support the timely processing of employee payrolls, analyze and review financial information, and engage with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of payroll experience, preferably with Dayforce, and a post-secondary education in administration and accounting.

Requirements

• 5 years of payroll experience
• Certified payroll designation or working towards designation
• Post-secondary education with a focus on administration and accounting
• Highly organized and detail oriented with thorough follow-up skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency using MS Office applications, particularly able to manipulate Excel spreadsheets
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure with interruptions and conflicting priorities
• An independent, logical, methodical thinker who also thrives working as part of a team and is self-motivated
• Eager to learn and take on new challenges
