Senior Market Research Manager, Market Strategy and Understanding. Supports provision of strategic insight to clients, managing multiple projects from start to finish, building client relationships and analyzing data to generate insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in a research environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
- In-depth experience designing and executing primary consumer research
- Experience and interest working in the Financial Services sector (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
- Ability to draw insights and tell a story with data
- Highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
- Experience and comfort with presenting research results to clients
- Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
- Strong client management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required); French is considered an asset
