Join IPSY as a Director of E-Commerce Growth & Marketplace Partnerships to lead the strategy and execution of marketplace growth for third-party partner brands across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging e-commerce platforms.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital commerce
- Deep experience with Amazon marketplace operations and performance marketing
- Experience scaling brands on TikTok Shop or emerging social commerce platforms
- Proven track record of driving profitable revenue growth on third-party marketplaces
- Strong experience with inventory planning, forecasting, and supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in AI-driven personalization tools and advanced marketplace analytics
- Experience managing P&L ownership or GM-style responsibilities
- Ability to build operational frameworks and scalable processes
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, specifically relating to blended ROAS and Omni-channel LTV
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners
