Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in payment processing or financial operations
- Leadership experience in a payment processing role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-departmental teams
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
