Job Description
iPull-uPull Auto Parts is seeking a Customer Service Specialist/Sales Team member to interact with retail customers, provide excellent service, and promote additional sales of goods and services. The ideal candidate has good people skills, automotive parts knowledge, and can work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Good people skills with an outgoing, friendly, positive attitude
- Some automotive parts knowledge and how they relate to customer purchases
- Ability to use POS system
- Ability to work retail hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable means of transportation
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required
