Executive - Secretarial

As an Executive in our Secretarial team, you will handle medium‐to‐high complexity corporate secretarial processes while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Relevant degree or qualified ICSA, or progressing through ACCA/ACA (at least Level 2)
• Hands-on experience in a similar role within the global business sector
• Solid experience in corporate administration and secretarial matters
• Familiarity with the Companies Act, the Financial Services Act, and key legislation governing the Global Business sector in Mauritius
• Proactive, detail‐oriented, and eager to apply technical knowledge to deliver high‐quality secretarial and corporate services
