Technology Lead - AI Solutions

We are seeking a Technology Lead - AI Solutions to lead the design, development, and deployment of digital and AI solutions, including AI/ML systems, LLMs, and predictive analytics models. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership to a team of developers, data scientists, and engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience (6+ years) in leading digital and AI projects from conception to delivery
• Strong technical expertise in digital technologies, including web and mobile development, cloud computing, big data analytics, and IoT
• Deep understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and algorithms, such as machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, as well as familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
