Accounts Payables Specialist

Diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payables Specialist to support accounting team with invoicing process and provide accounts administration support.

Requirements

• Review invoices and match them with item receipts and/or purchase orders
• Process invoices and ensure timeliness, accuracy, and proper coding
• Compare purchase orders, prices, and terms of payment
• Communicate with vendors to resolve any purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records in accordance with accounting standards
• Monitor accounts payable aging reports and resolve any delays in processing
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable, including reconciliations
• Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting to assist the accounting team in the development of budgets and forecasts
