Manager, Outside Plant Engineering

As part of the rapidly growing IQ Fiber team, the Manager, Outside Plant Engineering will assist in developing plans for the implementation of new plant design, engineering, and construction of a FTTP network. The primary function of this position is to manage the construction, and maintenance of the fiber infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate degree in engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 10 years' experience in a fiber construction environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Advanced knowledge in network engineering and underground/aerial construction techniques
• Proficient knowledge of optical networks
