Senior Manager, Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement to lead internal communications strategy across a rapidly growing organization. This role will develop and execute an internal communications roadmap that connects employees to company priorities, reinforces culture, and ensures information flows effectively throughout the organization.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related roles
• Experience supporting growing or scaling organizations
• Company-side experience preferred over agency experience
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Strong technical and digital fluency
• Strong analytical skills to tailor communications and measure and improve engagement
• Ability to adopt and reflect the company's tone and style in communications
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to influence across departments in a matrixed organization
• Strong organizational and program management capabilities
• Self-starter comfortable working with ambiguity
• Strong interpersonal and social skills; able to engage across the organization
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
• Comfortable working closely with executive leadership
