Business Consultant (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Business Consultant for our business area in Dortmund. As part of a network of experienced experts, you will work closely with our customers and develop innovative concepts for the further development of our solutions.

Requirements

• Introduction of software at banks - including professional preparation, execution, management of the project, and support of customers during the implementation phase
• Care and operation of our software components in the productive environments of our customers
• Independent analysis and processing of support requests and change requests of different urgency and complexity
• Professional further development of existing software products, as well as conception and implementation of new features in close coordination with specialist departments and development teams
• Participation in projects for the entire banking sector, from requirement collection to product deployment
• Close cooperation with the Consulting, Development, Operation, and Test Management departments
