Job Description
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Linux system administration to design and implement infrastructure initiatives. Strong scripting and programming skills, experience with automation frameworks, and knowledge of virtualization technologies are required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on Linux system administration experience (Oracle Linux /RHEL/CentOS/)
- Strong scripting and programming skills: Bash, Python, and/or Go
- Experience with automation frameworks: Puppet, Ansible, Foreman, and/or Katello
- Code repository methodologies utilizing tools such as git.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware) and identity management (Centrify), Windows AD.
- Familiarity with database systems: Oracle, PostgreSQL, and/or MySQL
