Requirements

• Manage staff in accordance with organization's policies and applicable regulations.
• Participate in the selection for hiring new employees.
• Ensure staff has proper materials, systems access, and training.
• Manage the quality of assigned staff's clinical work.
• Identifies quality risks and issues and create corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with other clinical teams and functional leadership.
• Participate in corporate or organizational departmental quality or process improvement initiatives.
