Specialty Sales Representatives are recruited to promote specialty medicines within specialist healthcare settings, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and working closely with regional managers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Promote assigned specialty medicines in line with the approved brand strategy and local regulations
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with relevant healthcare professionals
• Deliver high-quality product discussions based on approved materials and messaging
• Plan and manage territory activity to achieve agreed sales and activity targets
• Maintain accurate and timely records of activity using CRM systems
• Stay up to date on disease areas, treatment pathways, and competitor landscape
• Operate at all times in compliance with company policies, partner requirements, and industry codes of practice
