Pricing Analyst

IRCA Group is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join their Finance team. The role involves preparing product quotations, business partnering with Sales Teams, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and implementing ERP systems. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-starter with a broad business mindset and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in relevant roles, ideally within matrixed finance organizations
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with SFDC and Infor
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Proficient in English
• Strong negotiation, influencing, communication, and business engagement capabilities
• Effective knowledge sharing
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, strong critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Team player with a positive attitude, continuous-improvement mindset, autonomy, resilience, integrity, and ability to lead change and build trusted partnerships
