Job Description
The IRCA Group, a leading international supplier of baking, confectionery, and ice cream ingredients, seeks a Student / Intern for their Development Department. The role involves supporting the development and optimization of glazes and fillings, assisting with laboratory tests, conducting analyses, documenting data, and collaborating with various departments.
Requirements
- Training or studies in the field of food technology or comparable
- Ideally, initial experience in product development, preferably from the confectionery or dairy sector
- Practical experience in the confectionery sector
- Creativity and pronounced sensory abilities
- Knowledge in the field of food safety and HACCP
- Independent and correct working method
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office applications
