Housekeeper, PRN, 3rd Shift

The Housekeeper cleans and services all areas of the hospital and all buildings owned by the hospital, with responsibilities including organizing furniture, keeping equipment and storage areas clean, and following written and oral directions.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write and follow written and oral directions.
• Cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Employees receive on-the-job training.
• Must know how to use cleaning equipment (i.e. vacuum cleaner)
• Ability to clean blood and body fluids.
• Ability to clean furniture, windows, restrooms, walls and dust mop and damp mop hard surface floors.
• Must be able to replenish all paper supplies, waste can liners and handle hazardous chemicals correctly.
