HR Generalist

As the HR Generalist at iRent Everything, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our employees and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, including payroll administration, benefits administration, employee relations & HR support, compliance & recordkeeping, and HR programs & initiatives.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience, with direct responsibility for benefits
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of HR laws, compliance requirements, and best practices
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (Bamboo HR, or similar)
• Professional certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) is a plus
