Head of Quality Assurance & Tooling

We are looking for a Head of Quality Assurance & Tooling to drive reliability, quality, automation and operational excellence across mission-critical global platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and transforming Quality Assurance strategy within complex engineering environments
• Deep expertise in modern test automation frameworks
• Strong knowledge of contract testing, test data management and ephemeral environment strategies
• Experience operating mission-critical systems across cloud and hybrid environments
• Strong understanding of AWS, Kubernetes, ECS, Kafka, Elasticache and modern cloud-native architectures
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Strong engineering capability across languages such as Python, C#, Bash or Kotlin
• Experience with observability platforms spanning metrics, logs and distributed tracing
• Strong networking, database and enterprise platform knowledge
• A security-first mindset embedded across architecture and delivery pipelines
• The ability to influence and collaborate across global technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A customer-focused, outcome-driven approach with strong decision-making capability
