Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel job description: Providing highly effective and timely legal advice to business managers in relation to general commercial contracts, drafting and negotiating legal documents, and advising on data protection and privacy issues.

Requirements

• 2-4 years post-qualification experience as a lawyer
• Experience in technology law, corporate law, or general commercial contracting
• Good knowledge of contracts and commercial law principles and practices
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
