We are seeking a Legal Counsel for a 5-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will provide legal and commercial advice to the business in Australia, UK, South Africa, and Canada, and support the management team in achieving corporate goals.
Requirements
- Fully qualified solicitor
- 4+ years PQE (or equivalent experience)
- In-house experience preferred but not essential
- Accurate technical legal advice
- Strong negotiation skills
- Commercial acumen
- Excellent freehand drafting skills
