IRG Global is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician-Generators to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our operations, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of generator systems for our diverse clientele.
Requirements
- Install, maintain, and repair generator systems at various client locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot generator issues efficiently and effectively.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on generators to ensure optimal performance.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Educate clients on generator operations and maintenance best practices to promote safe usage.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of necessary parts and equipment.
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls to minimize downtime for clients and maintain satisfaction.
