Job Description
We are urgently looking for an Executive Director – UAE National to lead one of our largest clients in Dubai. As Executive Director, you will be responsible for leading multiple departments and overseeing the implementation of organizational policies and strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in public sector leadership, or a similar regulatory environment.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive management role overseeing multiple departments or large-scale initiatives.
- Experience in managing a regulatory operation with approval/disapproval processes and compliance risk.
- Audit and compliance background highly preferred.
- Operational scale: managing high-volume processing (registrations etc.).
- Sector preference: Government Regulatory Bodies.
