Job Description
We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded Head of Digital Product to set the direction and lead the delivery of our consumer digital portfolio. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end digital experience across web, app and online servicing, making sure our products deliver clear customer, commercial and operational value.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading digital product teams in complex, consumer-focused organisations
- Strong track record delivering customer-facing digital products at scale
- Proven experience managing digital roadmaps, prioritisation and cross-functional delivery
- Deep understanding of digital product management and agile delivery
- Experience working closely with engineering, UX/design, analytics and commercial teams
- Evidence of driving measurable customer and commercial outcomes through digital channels
- Confidence presenting to senior leadership and influencing strategic decisions
