Product UX/UI Designer

Irish Life is seeking a Product UX/UI Designer to join their Innovation & Change team. The successful candidate will have a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use products and will be skilled at each stage of the design process. The role involves leading design projects from discovery through to delivery, championing and evolving the design system, and collaborating with cross-functional team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product design roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
• Deep understanding of design systems, creation, scaling, governance, and implementation
• Excellent public speaking, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Customer first' mentality with excellent attention to detail
• Strong experience UX research
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Mastery of design tools (e.g. Figma)
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
• Ability to multitask effectively, work well under pressure, and meet tight and changing deadlines
• Ability to understand and manage the sensitivities of different stakeholders at different levels and to present a viable solution and obtain buy-in
