Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at IRIUM, a dynamic and proactive company with a focus on quality work and equal opportunities.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Field Service
- Experience in writing User Stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation of functional requirements
- Experience in analysis, discussion, and design of requirements
- Experience in analyzing the impact of changes, risks, and dependencies between functionalities
- Experience in other Customer Care / Field Service projects (preferably related to the telecommunications area)
- Appropriate soft skills to be client-facing
