Solution Architect - Cloud Infrastructure

The Cloud Architect supports project teams implementing infrastructure for global projects across Aptiv's divisions and defining solutions to meet business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• AWS, Azure and GCP certifications are desired
• Practical experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems
• Strong general networking skills, including knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and firewall configurations
• Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach
• Experience with a multi-cloud environment
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in a cloud environment
