Job Description
At Iron Mountain, we are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer – Level 2 (Data Center) to join our Data Center Operations / IT Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level management of data center network infrastructure, including complex troubleshooting and advanced configuration in a mission-critical environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in network operations
- 4+ years in senior or Level 2 support role
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking protocols and architectures
