Operations Manager

Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the planning, organization, and execution of all warehouse activities within an expanding multi-user facility.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse management, preferably within a 3PL or high-volume distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control methodologies, with a proven track record of optimizing operations and reducing costs.
• Proven ability in data-driven leadership, using metrics to achieve high performance and outstanding results.
• Deep understanding of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and environmental compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups and C-level stakeholders.
