Job Description
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Technical Writer to join their Digital Business Unit team. In this role, you will develop high-quality technical documentation and enablement resources that ensure the success of implementation projects and help customers unlock the full potential of their products.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in technical writing within a Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environment.
- Strong knowledge of documentation principles, information architecture, and markup languages such as XML, HTML, or CSS.
- Proven ability in audience analysis and stakeholder management to tailor complex information for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Technical Communication, or a related field.
