Cybersecurity Team Lead

IronArch Technology is seeking a Cybersecurity Team Lead to lead a small technical team in delivering cybersecurity solutions across complex environments, overseeing technical execution, and improving visibility into system status.

Requirements

• Experience leading or supporting small technical teams in a cybersecurity or IT environment
• Strong understanding of connected device security and system integration
• Experience with cybersecurity tracking tools and dashboarding solutions (e.g., JIRA)
• Knowledge of PPSM, POA&M development, and cybersecurity audit processes
