Job Description
Join our dynamic IronMaxx team as a Customer Operation Specialist and contribute to peak performance of our outbound operations. Your tasks will include organization and monitoring of shipments, compliance with regulations, and optimization of logistics processes.
Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship or university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent qualification
- Substantial professional experience in international logistics management, preferably in export sector involving B2B clients
- In-depth knowledge of transport logistics (road, sea, air) and warehouse management
- Solid understanding of Incoterms, customs tariff numbers, and trade agreements
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to work
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and intercultural competence
- Business-fluent proficiency in German and English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage
