Director Operations (m/f/d)

As Director Operations, you will lead core operational functions, including Supply Chain, Forecasting, Logistics, Quality, and Regulatory operations, to ensure high-level performance. You will also develop and implement scalable structures and processes to support international growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement within international and fast-paced environments
• Strong background in FMCG industries such as Food & Nutrition, Retail / eCommerce, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, or Fashion
• Proven track record in scale-ups or high-growth companies with responsibility for operational scalability, service performance, and cost optimization
• Experience in leading international teams and cross-functional operational projects
• Strong understanding of end-to-end operational and supply chain processes
• Confident use of ERP and planning systems such as SAP Business One, Streamline, and BI tools
• High digital affinity and data-driven mindset
• Hands-on mentality combined with strong execution and change management capabilities
• Business fluent in English
